How SnipLab Works

You record. We handle everything else.

The Content Distribution Problem

Most podcasters and creators are sitting on hours of valuable content that never reaches the audiences who need it — because turning long-form into short-form is a full-time job.

8–12 hrs
it takes to clip one episode manually — per week
92%
of podcast listeners never discover shows through long-form alone
more reach when creators post 15+ short clips per week vs. audio only
48 hrs
SnipLab turnaround from episode upload to delivered clips
10–20
clips produced per episode, every week, without any effort from you
$0
hours of your time spent on editing, captioning, or formatting

The SnipLab Process

01

We Set Up Your Brand Kit (Once)

When you start, we set up your Brand Kit — your logo, colors, fonts, caption style, and lower-third design. This takes about 24 hours on your first episode and applies to every clip you ever receive from us going forward.

No re-briefing. No "can you make it look more like my brand" every week. Your identity is built into the workflow.

02

You Upload Your Episode

Post your episode as normal — to YouTube, your podcast host, wherever you publish. Then drop the file link (or the file itself) into your shared Google Drive folder. That's your only job.

No editing notes required. No timestamps. No brief. Just the file.

03

AI Finds the Gold. Editors Polish It.

Our AI scans the full episode and identifies 30–50 high-potential moments based on engagement signals — strong phrasing, narrative tension, emotional peaks, quotable density. Our editorial team then reviews and curates the top 10–20, editing each clip for pacing, trimming the intro and outro, and applying your Brand Kit.

Caption review happens here too — accuracy checked, styling applied, ready to burn in or deliver as SRT.

04

Clips Delivered in 48 Hours

Your clips land in your Google Drive folder within 48 hours — organized by clip number, labeled by title, and sorted by platform format. A one-page clip summary includes suggested captions for each platform and any posting notes our editors flagged.

Download and post. Or hand the folder to your social media manager. Either way, a week of content is ready before the week starts.

What We Don't Do

We believe in being honest about what SnipLab is — and what it isn't.

We don't guarantee a specific number of views, followers, or viral clips — content performance depends on your niche, your audience, and the platforms you post on.
We don't manage your social media posting — we deliver clips ready to post; scheduling and publishing is yours.
We don't create original content from scratch — we work with the content you've already recorded.
We don't promise overnight growth — consistent posting of great clips compounds over weeks and months, not days.
