By using Reclaimly's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Reclaimly provides AI-powered lead recovery and appointment booking systems for home service businesses, with an initial focus on HVAC companies. Services include but are not limited to: AI call answering, missed-call recovery via SMS, lead qualification, appointment booking, estimate follow-up automation, lead reactivation, review automation, and performance reporting.

Services are delivered on a subscription basis and configured specifically for each client's business.

2. Payment Terms

Reclaimly operates on a monthly subscription model. The following payment terms apply:

  • Monthly billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Setup fee: A one-time setup fee of $500–$1,500 (depending on complexity) is due at the time of onboarding
  • Annual plans: Annual subscriptions include 2 months free and are billed as a single annual payment
  • Late payments: Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 10 days of the billing date

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Reclaimly subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@reclaimly.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation is confirmed.

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has been completed.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Reclaimly provides systems and tools designed to improve lead response speed, capture more leads, and reduce manual follow-up. We make no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, or business performance. Results will vary based on your business, market conditions, call volume, and other factors outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best results from Reclaimly's services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete business information during onboarding
  • Notifying Reclaimly of changes to services, hours, service area, or staff
  • Responding to onboarding requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that use of Reclaimly's services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Obtaining any necessary consent from customers for AI communication, where required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Reclaimly's services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited communications, to misrepresent your business, or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

7. Intellectual Property

Reclaimly retains all intellectual property rights in its systems, software, and methodologies. Client data and business information remain the property of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaimly's liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Reclaimly in the three months preceding the claim. Reclaimly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reclaimly, its principals, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services in violation of these terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where applicable.

11. Changes to These Terms

Reclaimly may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
